It typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete an order. 1 week for the creative process and 1 week for production and packaging. After that, shipping is determined by the distance your package has to travel. Typically, shipping transit is between 1-3 days USPS and up to 1 week UPS and FedEx. You will receive tracking information the moment your clock is shipped. That being said, we can usually accommodate a deadline. Just contact us. We're happy to work with you!

We have done clocks with several photos (record is nearly 70 on one clock…it was a mosaic design, highly custom look) but typically anywhere from 1 to 5 photos. Short answer: as many as you'd like…but we recommend 1-3 for most aesthetically pleasing design.

Yes, we will edit the photo to make it blend into the background of the clock beautifully and seamlessly. We can also change coloring to black and white or sepia tone if you wish.

Typically, the designer uses the photo(s) you upload to decide what type of background to use. But you are more than welcome to reference our sample work page or describe what you would like.

Yes, we email proofs of the design to you within 4-5 business days after you submit your photos. You will then have a chance to request changes or approve the design. We work on the design until you approve it. We never produce a clock without approval of the design first.

Typically, when we enlarge a photo, there is enough information within the photo's file data that it will not look grainy or blurry. But if the photo does not have enough data to be enlarged without loosing quality, we will notify you before we produce the clock.

It is a specially made mdf wood with a white overlay used in high quality printing shops. It is 1/2 inch thick and sturdy.

Each clock is printed directly on the wood face. No stickers here.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of these clocks, returns are only accepted if there is damage to the clock upon arrival AND we are notified within 7 days. A photo must be provided of the damage before an authorization will be made for the return. We will provide a return shipping label for authorized returns.Learn more about our return policy by clicking​ here.
