- Choose your size and how you’d like to get started. Upload your photo now, send it later, or ask us to help you choose.
- We personally design your clock and email a digital proof. Your first proof is typically ready 2–3 business days after we receive usable photos. Request as many pre-approval design revisions as you need.
- Production begins only after you explicitly approve your proof. Production and shipment typically take about one week after approval; transit time is additional. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Can I order before choosing a photo?
Yes. Choose Send My Photo Later or Help Me Choose a Photo. We will contact you after checkout. Your design timeline begins once we receive usable photos.
When will I see my proof?
Your first proof is typically ready 2–3 business days after we receive usable photos.
What if I want changes?
Pre-approval design revisions are included. We do not send your clock to production until you explicitly approve your proof.
Is shipping included?
Free shipping is included to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and D.C. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, or other outlying U.S. regions.
Movement warranty & returns
Movement warranty & returns
The quartz movement has a lifetime replacement-parts warranty. A replacement movement and shipping are included with proof of purchase. This coverage applies to the movement, not the entire clock.
